The Antique Café, on West 27th Street, kicks off the Fall season with the first of its new art gallery shows. Join them for a taste of creativity and exceptional cuisine.

“FACE IT NEW YORK!” Unplug from your Pods and Berries and take a look at the faces around you! Local and international artists will feature paintings, drawings, photographs and more, depicting expressions, emotions; faces of those we encounter everyday but are too distracted to notice.

“FACE IT NEW YORK!” begins with an OPENING PARTY for the public on Thursday, September 24, 2009 at 7 PM. Owner, Marcial Cavero will host these new programs at his amazing café in the North Chelsea/Fashion District. When asked why, Marcial said “I love treating people with delicious goodies at my cafes and I thought I could enrich their visits with art. There are so many creative talents out there, I wanted to help promote their work and share it with my customers.”

“FACE IT NEW YORK!” runs from September 24th to November 6th, 2009.
